Excellent company, great pay, safe environment, management lacking.

Pros

Excellent wages for work done. Quality insurance with 3k max out of pocket per year, $35 copay. Great retirement with profit sharing plan and pension, both company paid. No employee contribution needed or available. Fully vested after 6 years. Two weeks vacation after one year, three weeks after eight years.

Cons

Seniority means nothing. As a shuttle driver...working nights, you miss out on time spent with family in the evening. Work week is Sun night-Fri night. Tractors are automatic and turned down to minimum power settings. Older tractors are not maintained as well as they should be. If you belong to satellite yard in Oklahoma, you will not have an assigned truck unless you've won Driver of the Year.

Theres no pro if you have any warehouse experise or knowledge in a particular field, just another number with low ratio of error. Great employees work there that are afraid to ask a question of any kind.

Cons

Good luck understanding the pay, you don't get paid hourly you get paid by the case pick up,and get ding for mispicks, so don't believe the hype please don't. So get ready to run run run wrap stage pallets 6 doors away from the door its suppose to go. loader 0.06 cent per case selector 0.13 cent per case

Pros

Pays well great hours if you know anything about warehouse work and salary it beats most other companies by paying their employees twice as much if you know your job and able to work in a fast pace environment this is the first place you should try.

Cons

Lol after working for other companies can't say anything bad about this because we're all trying to make the most out of the work we do.
