Pros

Supportive supervisor and I am not micro-managed.

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement when people are hired in from the outside for higher positions. Unclear job responsibilities for job titles. Purchasing Managers and Category Managers do the same thing, but Purchasing Managers get paid less. Also, some PM's are hourly while others are salary.
