Great Company but Old school tendencies

Pros

Employee perks such as events, swag, great merit increases. Good benefits and 401k, fully vested after 2 years.

Cons

They have a great philosophy of taking care of employees from the corporate level, but the DCs run as they please. Some DCs have old school managers that only care about sales. Upper management from Corporate needs to engage more in what the DCs are doing and hold leadership more accountable. No consistency.

Drivers you work with are eager to help you .

Cons

Corrupt Management , don't promote by qualifications , equipment are not safe or up to DOT standards , will work you for time that they will not pay you for.
