Over promise and Under Perform

Pros

Good pay initially but then you are grossly underpaid when they move you to full commission status as their gross profit per delivery is almost unattainable.

Cons

Zero support from management. Narcissistic Management Open Door Policy that doesn't exist as you are terminated if you complain to anyone about the company’s lack of service.

Easy work Great bosses and nice trucks

Cons

Long wait times on trailers sometimes 4 hours. Only get 12.00 an hour for downtime so you lose money and time for having to wait.
