Office is too busy. Training is not enough.

The therapists there were great to work with but this office is very busy. The phone is ringing constantly. There is a lot to keep up with and pay is not up to par with the amount of work.

Cons

It is a lot to keep track of all of the insurance authorizations, payments, phone ringing, meetings, etc.
