Pros

Modern office aesthetic in city of New Rochelle, with great view of city. Lunch when they feel like making up for terrible employee treatment.

Cons

Editorial managers and CEO are highly disrespectful and exploitative. Will throw you under the bus, and your position can be terminated at any point if they decide you've bruised their ego. Terrible treatment top-down, especially to Editorial Assistants and Housekeepers. Low salary, no upward mobility. Too much yelling, and pretension. Desperately need to replace current supervisors

Liked the location and free food- only benefit!

Cons

The owners are into micromanaging everything- Horrible benefits- insurance, time off etc.- They pay like crap as well. Money goes to them them them- house in Pelham and Florida lots of personal time for them but not the staff. Constantly belittled!
