Pros

Not working there any longer.

Cons

Working with this company was a nightmare. There’s an apparent fear of upper management that drives a dysfunctional CYA work environment, sometimes at others expense. I experienced (middle) management abusing their power to the point of dishonest and fraudulent behaviors. I was manipulated and misled into a job where added/changing demands left me overworked and grossly underpaid. When I spoke up, I was shut down and threatened with wage theft. I kid you not. Despite hard work, dedication, and my contract stating otherwise, (middle) management had no problem threatening to pay me ZERO dollars for months of work. Of course I wasn’t going to let them get away with that. To top it off, a promise from (middle) management to talk to upper management about my concerns and get back to me “in a few days” turned into… radio silence! Unanswered emails and calls. Ghosted. Unbelievably unethical and corrupt. Incredibly unprofessional. Extremely petty given the modest sum at a big company. And not smart given the laws and systems in place at the Department of Labor to protect workers and investigate companies with this level of mismanagement. I highly recommend NOT working with this company. It’s toxic from the top down.

Pros

Many talented and creative co-workers - that's what all the fake reviews created by the owners say, but it is actually true.

Cons

As noted by many, CEO is routinely verbally abusive to employees. Nothing is ever good enough. You will have a basis for legal action due to the great number of actionable statements made about race, gender, marital status, disability, etc. Processes are not in place, everything is done on a whim, and getting a raise is exceedingly difficult if you are not friends or family.
