No pros at all. Do not be fooled.

Cons

Toxic environment. Executive management is disrespectful, condescending, rude, volatile, vulgar, berating and everything else related. Do not take a position with this company especially at headquarters. I’ve never seen anything like it. Words cannot truly describe the toxicity and hostile environment.

It's no secret that the top leadership/owners create a culture of fear and hostility with unrealistic expectations. Unsurprisingly, this has trickled down to middle-management. Some example behaviors: -Berating teams -Stifling of collaboration -No mentorship or constructive support -Culture of fear where, understandably, no one wants to be transparent -Lack of HR support with no safe way to report these behaviors
