Pros

Company is one of the few in educational publishing that is profitable and growing. Lots of hiring and lots of job opportunities. Extremely smart people work in product development and they are great to learn from. Digitizing at a slow but steady pace. Nice offices with view of Long Island sound. They pay well

Cons

One senior manager is very emotional and you have to shrug it off. However, she never fires anyone, so its just her bark.

Great Idea - Good Company - Could Use Some Tweaks

- Laid back environment (customer service area). - Office Manager is extremely helpful (Nancy). - You will always have snacks and plenty of coffee.

Cons

- Top Down Management style, without much "bottom to top" considerations for improvements. - Privately owned company, so not many "checks and balances" in place for the owners. (not so much for Tom, but Sera) - The Call Center can be a little too laid back at times, although that may not be a deterring factor for most.
