None that is worth the aggravation!

Cons

Horrible CFO and Upper Management. Employees are constantly swimming in shark infested waters. Employees are cussed at daily from the female owner, their is no protection for employees. The owners children also work there and they don’t say anything to help the situation even the CEO husband. They just sit there and let her rant, rave and insult everyone!!! No one cares...HR can’t help because they are controlled by management. Toxic and unhealthy work environment. Working at Mcdonald’s is better than working there.

Company is one of the few in educational publishing that is profitable and growing. Lots of hiring and lots of job opportunities. Extremely smart people work in product development and they are great to learn from. Digitizing at a slow but steady pace. Nice offices with view of Long Island sound. They pay well

Cons

One senior manager is very emotional and you have to shrug it off. However, she never fires anyone, so its just her bark.
