The key in this company is getting to understand what is your own place in the Educational business, and being sensitive about the other's needs and skills, specially teachers, parents and students. If you realized that a classroom is never an homogeneous place, and that the US is a country made by immigrants and working-class people, a job in Benchmark will be a great work experience to you.

Benchmark is growing very fast, mainly because their success in multicultural markets in the US and abroad. So, sometimes they have trouble in finding enough multicultural workers to keep the pace. Be ready to multitask and to live in translation, and to speak up. Somehow, somewhen, everybody will listen.
