I have been working with Benchmark for a few months and I am very happy about the people around me. I have found constant support and a very good attitude. Both my teammates and my manager have helped whenever I required it and have made me feel as part of the team from day 1. The people from other areas of the company have been always polite, helpful and kind. I have found nothing but cooperation and friendly faces. For me, that is the most important part of a job.

Cons

I had to work three months as a freelance before I was hired (from what I heard that is the normal process for everyone). I have never worked as a freelance before, so I had to learn a few things.
