Pros

- Variety of work - Somewhat flexible work schedule - Excellent company for an someone who already has 5 plus years experience and wishes to add to the experience. - Competitive Salary - You will learn new software's etc. (albeit under pressure) - Most staff members willing to help if they can.

Cons

- Little to no training - Very little direction on projects (You will lean heavily on experience) - Frequent long hours - High turnover (Not the place for entry level, or someone who does not have a wide variety of experience to lean on)

Pros

- Really good benefits package - Fellow co-workers are absolutely awesome to work with! - They encourage use of open door policy. - They are willing to work around school times while employee is attending college. Once completed, they pay the tuition if you get a "C" or better and agree to work for them for the next year. Very good deal.. - All Co-Worker meetings held regularly 4 times a year so everyone knows the status of projects and job requirements. I always find these helpful.

Cons

- Company wastes money right and left in the name of "following the process". - No control over truly high dollar inventory - Don't always listen to what employees have to say. - Conducts "Employee Round-table Sessions" using internal management and wonders why sessions are poorly attended. (hint: Everyone is afraid of retaliation after speaking their mind) - Expects everyone to make cost savings suggestions, and then reduces your review points and raise (if you get one) when you don't make any. There are some pretty silly suggestions made in the name of making sure you get those points. - They have let employees go because their Approved Family Medical Leave Act time has run out and the employee is not yet able to return to work full time. Some really good and loyal employees have been affected by this action.
