      Pros

      benefits, coworker, and supervisor are good.

      Cons

      system very manual and lead need to take a lot of time to do this do that. Weekend oso need to back to office to complete the job, else will impact customer shipment. no work life balance in here…

      You get meal allowances but poor management and no proper process.

      It’s a good stepping stone. You will get RM10 everyday as meal allowance.

      Cons

      Can only speak for Benchmark Precision Technologies side. There is no proper process and management can even ask employees to go against the law such as “hand-carry” the materials from supplier. There is no work-life balance as they are constant work calls from the management after office hours or even during medical leave (mc).
