      Pros

      Employees are very hard workers. There are not many pros about this company currently. A few years back this was an amazing company.

      Cons

      Managers are allowed to verbally abuse you. HR does nothing about it. Not much room for advancement. They have been through 5 GM's in the last 1 1/2. They have managers in positions they are not qualified to be in. Very high turn over since Tom Dineen is no longer GM. No one wants to work for the upper management there.

      Pros

      Coworkers are all friendly. Job is fairly easy and always work to do.

      Cons

      Reviews are always exceptional yet raises are minimal and always months late. Poor morale across the production floor and heavy overtime.

      Benchmark has good benefits and for the most part good employees.

      People are not kept in the loop, and the people assigned projects do not involve everyone that is required.
