Company in a good market, with great opportunities to have new customers and new projects, is very competitive in cost

Cons

Bad company to work, bad management mostly the upper management is not inolved, they have people working in management position because they are friends.

Technology at their best, fine colleagues to collaborate with. It's a good place where you can learn a lot in very short time.

Cons

For many time the deadlines where so unrealistic, a lot of people from middle management could not say no to customer or higher management and explain to them which is the real situation on certain cases, only because they where afraid of loosing their "chair"

A typical manufacturing company to work for but this one has good strategic planning, good financial performance measurements, and good salary structrure

Cons

Tools used to develop leadership were poor. As growth through acquisition was occurring, many of the management team members "justified" their presence adding confusion to the individual contributors and their own teams
