      This is a stereotypical factory job, you will not get noticed by upper management, very to slim chance of moving up the company.

      Management has clear vision for engineering services in contract manufacturing. Most managers are highly experienced former engineers. Good mix of projects to make it interesting.

      Not big enough to compete with some larger companies and work on the latest technologies.
