Just a very small office but there is no real communication or discussion on job among management in different department.

Pros

Is a very good work environment with good and dedicated people who are willing to learn. The projects are consisted by important clients with different manufacturing requirements which is very good for a career start.

Cons

Not to many career opportunities. The management plan is not oriented to the employee development at all. No trainings were scheduled during the time I worked at Benchmark. Advancing career to a new level is a very long process and in many cases is not happening.
