*Manufacturing and front office personnel are second to none. *Working personnel have good motives and continue to strive for excellence. *Very cohesive workforce. **However, with the lack of support from leadership and resources even your best workforce gets "beat up" around the edges. * 2016- Corporate leadership removed Plant Manager- Excellent move! * Number of site leaders- repeated demoted and " Let go! ". Excellent move!
