Some colleagues were genuinely, authentically kind, and operated with a high level of ethics and integrity.

Cons

The majority of my colleagues lacked professional and personal ethics and integrity. Furthermore, either overtly or covertly, they uttered discriminatory language on more than one occasion, engaged regularly in passive-aggressive behavior, and disrespected privacy. They operated with an "old boys' exclusive club" mentality and if they decided you were outside that club, you were meant to feel it. It was a very hostile work environment led by a micromanager who thrived on intimidation tactics and discriminatory behavior. Beware.

Not much. OT can be a lot or none. People who should be promoted don’t and everyone else does because they have relatives high up.

Cons

They only bend over backwards to promote people they know i.e. someone who is related to a person in management, brown noses with person above them. They are the ones that get promoted super fast and don’t have to even meet the requirements and brag about it. Everyone else has to work hard and meet the minimum requirements from corporate.
