*Small team, but it’s a pro - we get to do so many different things and learn a ton along the way *Management is great - the emphasis is on a combination of independent work and collaboration - not micromanagement *Collaborative, helpful employees who truly care about their work *Solid benefits *Work-life balance exists *Recognition where recognition is due *Employees actually have a voice if they choose to use it *Nice office space
Cons
Really not too many. Pay could be a little higher, but you can say that about most companies.
