Surrounded with people that are supportive and helpful.

Cons

The company doesn’t care about its employees. Relatively low salary with no so great benefits. I have also seen some people abuse their power and mistreat employees. I had seen a very high employee turnover due to the treatment and pay.

Cons

Take on more responsibility, If trainee isnt doing good could be blamed on you for their lack of knowledge. Gotta baby walk people through the process.
