Never fall for the good reviews here all are posted by the HR team with fake accounts and CEO by himself. If you want real opinion you should talk to any of the people who are currently employed.
You may feel you are paid high but at then end of day the overtime and sleepless nights you spend allowance just below average.
The people in India are worst hit, they are indirectly forced to work all night without caring they have family and personal life too. Everyone end up working more than 2 shifts. Management monitor everyone's login time but they don't even bother whether you working all night.
Everything is micro managed even in India team. No scope for professional growth, no one would appreciate your work but you will be ashamed in front of entire team for silly mistakes. Every day policy and team structure changes. on everyday you will have surprise where you will be pulled into and which team. To summarize - there is no balanced work life, in India team you will not allowed to sleep at all, no recognition, badly managed team. You can be fired from your position any time with a single email. just be aware of it.
