Pros

Flexible schedule and a relaxed and fun environment to work in.

Cons

Management bottlenecks hurt everyone. Constant threats of layoffs because of lack of diversity in clients.

Pros

Owner definitely works to take care of staff members. Provided great benefits, functions, outings, etc.

Cons

Not much in the way of client diversity which led to a significant down sizing which seems to still be occurring to this day.
