Pros
I find not a single good reason to work here, management is biased, not for employee.
Cons
So many cons are there but i would like to list few, Third class Project management people More over management people & their rules are not for employee benefit. Late hours working Extra working on weekend is obvious appraisal process is just for show.. nothing happen in the process & it took a year although the % hike is 2 to 3% & people who worked late night & weekends will get 8 to 10% yearly hike.
