Cons

Loyalty does not really hold merit when promoting especially if you are over 35. Seems all new available positions are awarded to people under 35 and/or outside the company. People are moved around without notice.

Family focused. Fair pay for most, for what they do/bring. Quite a few unique benefits.

Cons

Many critical positions/roles are not properly staffed. Some roles should have true backups. They sometimes add new people/roles before we backup critical (existing) roles.
