Pros

Opportunities to learn prioritization, autonomy, collaboration as a new nurse. Great facilities. Great colleagues. At the time, they had an admission RN, MDS and Charge RN who were helpful so that the floor RN can focus on the patients. Not sure if its still the same but having those other RNs helped a lot.' facility was right next to the hospital which helped a lot for patients needing Tests to be done or sent to ER.

Cons

Very busy shift for RN especially Medicare charting.
