The Residents. Employees are very polite!

Cons

Overworked. Understaffed. Constantly changing responsibilities. Not knowing schedule until sometimes the day before. Not having enough time for a break. Managers asking you questions about how to do things. Managers talking behind employees backs like its middle school or something.
