Can work independent. Not a lot of micro management.

Cons

Required number of days onsite. Lower market pay under 65k. Required team engagement. The cost of living and cost of commute make it difficult to be satisfied with salary.

The executive director doesn't care about anything except filling Beds. Management is dishonest with employees and always quick to stab anyone in the back.
