Pros

I'll start with the positives about the company to start with the people.I had on my team were incredible.I was so lucky to be able to manage such hard working women and for them, to have a high level of respect for me.And a level of respect for them, too.Where they feel appreciated. If it wasn't for a certain area manager, I definitely would have stayed and from other management to.Secondly, the start of my journey at benefit was great. But it soon turned sour by certain management. In terms of the perks of the job, I received great allocation spending. Getting free products from benefit was great. Also knowing about all the new products that are launching and in depth training with brows,Skincare and makeup. Also not to mention that they do also offer a conference.Where you meet various people from around the u, k, they really go all out. They treat you to a nice hotel,Great food. Will also add that career.Progression is great in this company. You can move quite quickly up if you reach target. And show them you can do it. Also the pay as a manager you can ask for what you want.Do your research if it's a new management role?So you know what to ask for but always ask higher than lower and more times they will give it to you plus as a manager, you still get commission, which is great. And bonus incentives.

Cons

HR are poor they do not listen to your wants and needs. They take the side of manipulative managers that know how to twist your words. And not take your feelings seriously, which can dangerously affect your mental health.(it did for me) unempthetic area managers, not understanding of certain teams, struggles meant that they ended up leaving often,My team members were crying on counter and emotional due to the lack of respect and empathy from this area manager. They speak to you like you are a kid in primary school learning to ride a bike for the first time. They are incredibly fake. They will say one thing to your face. And then have private meetings, and then you'll later hear something else come out, which isn't true. They also spy on you, and they come into big doors and act as if they're a customer to new members of staff, rather than being upfront. And saying that they're coming in to check up and make sure that team members are doing their job. Often My team members were made to feel incompetent as if they weren't good at their job. We're inexperienced, and didn't know what to do. However me being the account manager, I would see how they work.We had a system. We worked together as a team. Since my leaving, I am even hearing things about my name.Since i've gone making, me seem as if I was incompetent and not able to do my job.I'm sick of it. I am no longer there in that presence and am So glad I left, honestly read the comments on this.Because a lot of people in the company that i've met have a similar feeling to the management in the company and nothing's been done about it.My biggest regret was never taking this up with hr properly or pushing harder for management to get fired.

Pros

-maybe could make friends but unlikely

Cons

-targets are ridiculous -so pushy -you have to push customers into buying its desperate and awkward -management is unhelpful and does not listen -if management do not like you you will not be happy in the job -I would not tell anyone to even interview with this company -the turnover rate is only going to rise with the awful management and selling tactics -if they do not like you, no matter how good you are at your job you will see no growth in the company
