      Pros

      I had a fantastic experience with the recruitment process at Benefit Cosmetics. The audition was the standout moment for me—it was the best interview I’ve ever had! Preparing to apply my makeup on camera and researching products like BadGal Bang was both fun and exciting. Jo's warmth and support during the audition made me feel completely at ease and left me more confident than ever as I was able to be myself with no filters, it feels like benefit is “my home” I originally applied for the Beauty Expert role, but I’m now thrilled to be awaiting approval for the Counter Manager position. I’m so excited to join such a vibrant and empowering brand!

      Cons

      The process began with a video-recorded interview, which felt a bit unconventional at first. Questions would pop up on the screen, and I had limited time to respond. While some, like 'What is your favorite party trick?' caught me off guard, it was a unique and enjoyable challenge, especially during the Paddy’s Day bank holiday weekend.
