Unrealistic sales goals. We were suppose to be a “brow bar” however from the time i started there we only had a gondola, then once we got our counter we never had an aesthetician until I actually left. Therefore we lost business. Also the placement of the counter is horrible and we never had stock. Was not allowed to do makeovers. If you work in cosmetic retail, you know that makeovers help with selling. We were told we are not allowe to do full face as we were to concentrate on selling. Had I known that prior, I wouldn’t gave taken the position as I bring in a ton of clientel with makeovers alone.
