      Fun events. Free makeup.

      Cons

      The employees are catty and the environment is very corporate. Everywhere you go you hear employees (especially management) talking bad about each other and then act nice when they see each other. No one seems genuinely happy. You also hear management complaining about their work.

      - Traffic stopping customers - Some girls can get really competitive in reaching targets - Change in uniforms everytime a new product launches - Have to wear wigs at times
