Pay is low. In the Americas division, middle managers have poor management skills ( with a few exceptions--HR will protect a bad, less competent manager over a better-skilled subordinate employee who would be a bigger asset to the company). Other entry-level employees are friendly but not super interested in getting to know you. Fairly high stress environment at times.

Decision makers are out of touch with the business and the employees. Too many reductions...staff, budgets, inventory. Very little innovation in products or in the way that business is being done.
