Pros

Free makeup and swag for new products. A free mascara isn’t worth the trade off for your mental health and work place safety . If you are a brand new esthetician out of school get your free training and get out ASSP.

Cons

This is an abusive toxic company to work for. Especially the Boutiques. They pay very little hourly maybe $20 average. They rely on the customers to tip to make the salary. The sales goals are hard. You are begging clients for google reviews and get worked to the bone. They will write you up for anything can. The managers are toxic, micromanaging, emotionally abusive and there is no growth. You will end up in therapy or quitting with out notice.

Benefit is a great place to get your feet wet in the field if you have a love for brows! Can definitely master your craft here.

Cons

Base pay could be better. If your looking to move up , it could be challenging

- free education and training - free products - working with other makeup/industry professionals

Cons

- can't request days off if there's an event.. and there's always an event on the weekends - no commission for products sold - lots of sales goals but not as rewarded as promised by management
