      Seemed to Lose Direction for a Bit

      Pros

      The people are what make, and have made Benefitfocus what it is. From what I am seeing lately, company seems to be getting back to what made it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Salary is low, but that is the Charleston area. People are often promoted to management roles for being good at their jobs, not necessarily showing leadership skills.
