      Pros

      There are plenty of areas for internal movement. Also the work force is very young and the company culture is great

      Cons

      There are not many cons to working at benefit focus. One thing is that some jobs can be extremely monontonous but what data entry jobs arent

      A stepping stone to get experience, then get out

      -Nice area on Daniel Island -Working with a variety of different clients/employers

      Cons

      -Management & Senior Leadership is terrible -No processes in place -Not enough staff or support for the volume of business coming in -Some decisions are unethical-- being told to lie to clients -Mangers throwing their team members under the bus due to their lack of action -No sense of being proactive

      Pros

      Commitment to excellence, fast-paced environment, strong corporate culture, care for associates, work hard and play hard, opportunities for growth & advancement, collaborative environment, smart people who care about what they do every day

      Cons

      I don't know if this is really a con, but Benefitfocus is not for everybody. If you don't like to serve clients, work hard, commit yourself to excellence, immerse yourself in the culture and voice your opinions, maybe think about working at a different company or a comfy government job.
