Pros

Decent pay for the area (could be better, could be worse) Benefits offered (most are too expensive for limited coverage, but the option was available) Working hours were decent Bonuses-monthly, team goals, and self (if you weren't robbed on your paycheck of what you actually earned-had to keep documentation of everything you did because things tended to malfunction a lot or go missing, etc)

Cons

The racism is out of control at this location. If you are not African American, you will be forced out eventually. Either by them lying to find a reason to fire you or by making your work environment so toxic and intolerable, that you will be forced to quit. This goes for white people, Indians, Asians, Hispanics...doesn't matter. This office is 98% African American and only a select few people who work there are NOT racist toward other ethnicities. The majority of the other employees are bullies and there is a real systemic problem at this location. I was never given passwords or logins to do my job. I constantly had internet connection issues. I voiced complaints multiple times and nothing was ever fixed. I was forced to work through lunch and stay late to complete work because I was being intentionally overworked. Then I was told that I was 'stealing overtime' and was forced to take a lunchbreak and no more overtime was allowed. Then I was chewed out for not having enough time to complete my notes at the end of the day. I was constantly set up for failure. My supervisor was fired a month after I was hired. I was improperly trained by her from the start as she retaliated against the company. I was used as a pawn because she was being forced to unfairly train her replacement without being told ahead of time. I was lied to about the company paying for my CPR certification-I wound up having to pay for it after they said they would cover it. I was bullied by management daily. I was micromanaged, called names, literally screamed at in front of patients by the office manager. I was never given a radiation dosimetry badge to take x-rays with. I was yelled at by one manager for not taking x-rays without it because we were behind schedule, but it was my safety first. Then I was yelled at by another manager for taking x-rays without it to stay on schedule because it was a liability to the company. Never mind my safety. They failed their OSHA audit. The list goes on and on. After 3 months, I left. I also watched 3 or so others leave in that time frame as well and heard my regional manager coach another office manager at a different location what she should say to a newly hired pregnant employee to let her go because the other office manager at that location didn't like her. This is definitely not a place you want to work.
