Great people, great mission! Always growing/changing - for the positive!

Cons

Unfortunately not all Managers care about their employees; only themselves and the bottom line. Every rating is lowered at least 1 star because of my Manager. Health insurance is not good, especially for how much you have to pay the company, to pay yourself.

Pros

Excellent atmosphere to work in. Good work life balance with really good benefits. Strong belief in what we do as individuals and as a company for our patients. The employees really work together as a team from the home office to all the clinics. We are also growing at pace that is not to strong that would make things a bigger push but enough to see the good that is being done.

Cons

A little bit of a lack of organization between departments. Although, the team atmosphere makes up for it. Location is tough for those that don't live in Marietta area, but that's Atlanta!
