Pros

Benevis provides a rewarding career for those who are willing to work hard, believe in contributing to a highly ethical environment and are competitive in nature. Benevis is a "lean" company and accountability and efficiency are very important, however quality comes above all in all our jobs, even administrative ones. There's a great "family" environment supported by our internal "Smile On" culture. We're big enough to make an impact on the industry, but our corporate office is small enough that you know practically everyone. Fun is another one of our values and there's plenty of that in the workplace! Innovation, especially in our IT department has been a key component of the company's success, leading the industry in every aspect of technology, compliance and efficiency.

Cons

Someone looking for an easy, relaxing, minimal effort job, should not apply.

EXTREMELY strong culture, focused on patient care and doing right by all stakeholders (patients, payers, employees, etc.) Very fair HR policies Growing company, able to identify and advance employees who show promise Tenured management team who knows how to run the business

Cons

At times the industry can have a negative reputation, and Benevis can be unfairly associated with lesser companies. But Benevis is truly the outlier, always doing things the right way and trying to be good partners to all involved
