Pros

Benhaven offers good benefits. Insurance is very reasonable in cost compared to other companies I have worked for. They have excellent personal time, sick time, and vacation time accrual.

Cons

I am contracted out to a public school. I work with 3 other Benhaven employees...I do not work directly with Benhaven school so I am unaware of any cons of working for this employee.

The clients. Love the individuals I provide support to.

Cons

Complicated family dynamics. Pay is average for the field but not enough to live off of. Fluctuating schedule and hours.

Everything! Some employees behaved just like HS students. For some (not all), the focus was on socializing ... not the kids
