Schedule, laid back environment, little mandatory OT

Cons

Management and leadership lack. Prideful managers who ignore everything said to them. No communication. Lazy workers rewarded, hard-workers walked over. Place is falling apart. Did I mention the management is the worst I've ever seen? No leadership. You are nothing to them.

Family owned, fair wages and benefits

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with the realities of the work environment...resulting in a toxic work environment; minimal appreciation of many employees. Employees that are not performing are treated exactly the same as dedicated and talented employees. If you want a good job and know that you are a slacker, you would be happy to call Benjamin home. If you're aiming high and have high expectations for yourself and the people you work with/for, this is not the job for you.
