Pros

Local and family owned. Company is financially stable. Owner genuinely cares for her employees.

Cons

Raises are low. Longevity and loyalty is not always rewarded. People are hired in at a higher rate so those who have been there years do not make much more.

Great company who has come a long way. Listens to employees!

Pros

Tight knit culture. They invest in their employees! The newer changes over the past two years has been a breath of fresh air and I wish I didn't have to move! Keep innovating!

Cons

New management has been tough only because they had to earn trust. But the fact they brought them in after listening to employees says a lot.

Pros

Bennett is a great place to work, with friendly people and a family like atmosphere. They are loyal to employees that work for them for a long time but that is also part of their biggest weakness.

Cons

They seem to promote based on tenure and friendship to the family. They have managers that don't know how to do simple tasks like send emails and use technology. They won't fire anyone even if they sit around and do nothing. You could literally work at Bennett for 30 years and retire on just getting by and doing the bare minimum.
