Pros

Flexible hours, opportunity, great teams, minimum supervision

Cons

Knowledge, experience and performance does not affect salary increases. Seniority determines the amount of pay increases vs work ethic and outstanding performance. At times management may micro manage regardless of experience. Opportunities are minimal. Great teams are hard to come by. Low wages.
