Pros

Dispatchers are friendly. Give respect and you will be respected. Any concerns, there is an open door policy. No rush to deliver loads. Easiest work I ever done. They will accommodate you to whatever you need days off for. New trucks are rolling in. A few international, mostly kw T680s, and new 579. Overtime time after 40hrs up to 68 hrs per work.

Cons

Sometimes communication not great which causes delay.

Pros

There are no reasons what so ever to work for this company.

Cons

If you have ever worked for a company with bad communication, Benore is worse. You won't see a settlement sheet until 2 weeks after you have been paid. It also comes as a hard copy USPS. Your pay will get shorted more times than it is not. They pay trip pay. If you are asked to fun a different load, dispatch can't even tell you what the load pays. Supervisor's won't even do their job, you have to do it yourself. No smoking in any of the trucks. If caught doing so, you will be fired. More than half of the drivers smoke. New implementation, all trucks will have driver facing cameras. You could literally stand in the dispatch office, and call them and they won't answer the phone. Many drivers have tested this and it is true. Run as far away from this company as you can. They will tell you before being hired you can average $1200.00 to $1400.00 a week. You might do that for the first 3 weeks, then you are luck if you can average $1000.00 a week. Slip seating in trucks, unless you are part of the special people. You never know what you will be doing until you call if before your shift starts. That's if they answer the phone. Detention pay varies with whom you talk to at the time. Stay away from these people at all cost.
