Schedules are terrible and constantly changing, annual salary increase is laughable, advancement is nearly impossible, job requirements constantly increase

I personally made good money but others didn’t. Saw temps come in making more than loyal employees who have been there 10+ years. Very few people in management actually care about employees. Doesn’t care about safety of workers, only cares about numbers. They’ll have you working with drug addicts that can’t even stay awake at work. Shows favoritism to certain people. Will swindle you out anything possible. Gave employees a $2 an hour raise and not soon after took it back saying it was a “trial”. All the good employees are quickly run off. Had great supervisors working under poor leaders and owners. Company wants you to lie for them and fabricate things when BMW personal or any other company outsiders come onsite. Things have been constantly going downhill and rumors are floating that the BMW contract will be lost. I wouldn’t dare apply here if I were anyone else.
