Lots of support, Bentley Systems feels like a family, flexibility remote-first company, expectations are clear

Cons

I come from a smaller company, so getting used to the larger corporate structure and "who to go to for what" has been my greatest challenge. Everyone is willing to help though.

Cons

Bentley invest in your skill development. After 5 years at the company all my managers worked as advisors in my career progression. The company culture is very positive and all different sectors work well together. And I strongly believe that my work has impact.

Cons

Bentley has improved a lot senior management objectives and goals, however this still needs improvement between different departments
