Great company for learning best of bread in innovation for Infrastructure Life Cycle Management

Pros

-Great source of knowledge (specially in construction trends and digital twin technologies) - Good global culture - Opportunity to work with the main global player both in Engineering and Construction, and Infrastructure owner operators - Great customer cases to learn with and interact with global players at Bentley's annual Year in infrastructure awards

Cons

- Slow career/financial progression - Professionals much less qualified than long term employees are often hired from the market with much higher salaries than their own people - Company often have people accumulating functions from different company's departments due to the lack of proper resources in all areas

Culture is decent, pay isn't great

Remote friendly / office optional, flexible with time, great people, new leadership trying to transform culture

Cons

Pay isn't great, management often lacking vision and exhausting the lower chain to think of ideas for them, bad time management from some leadership / everything is a rush and feels disorganized, stingy on budgets for productivity tools spend, and medical benefits are mid (at best)
