      Depending on the group, you may work with leading edge tools/technologies Most developers are smart and technically competent Many managers have good development experience and expertise

      Cons

      Poor at managing projects, including vision, scope, well-defined requirements Think that agile means not providing scope and requirements Managers play favorites and promote them while overlooking others who have merit No performance evaluations so employees know how they're doing Health insurance premiums are too high
