Extremely slow growth Even if you show proof of work, manager will say due to company policy they are not giving promotion. Meaning other will get promoted, even if they are doing similar kind of thing.

Cons

They will make you loose motivation and leave you doubting your ability. No processes in place. No documentation in place. No one takes responsibility to address the issue but question your performance. Their business model is purely built to loot customers and mint money.
